Brayshaw Constructions is a proudly family owned and operated business, established since 1989. Wes Brayshaw is the third generation of builders on the Gold Coast, maternally related to the Duncan family (of William Duncan School, William Duncan Road), one of the first pioneers on the Gold Coast. A proudly family run business, operating with a hands on approach is nothing new to the team at Brayshaw Constructions. We have used the same subcontractors for many years as they are honest and reliable. They are very loyal to Brayshaw Constructions, as we are to them, and we work well as team. Over the years we have always given clients a direct hands-on experience with the Builder. When you discuss your build, you don’t talk to an employee or the Foreman, you talk it through with Wes, step by step, and we work with some of the leading architects and Interior Decorators on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. As a Member of Master Builders we have just been awarded the milestone of award of being a member for 0ver 20 years. We are proud of the product that we provide to the client in construction of Prestigous , Luxury unique homes with bespoke qualities that encapsulates the first class finishes and high quality execution of the build that is now synonymous with Brayshaw Constructions. We specialise in the construction of architecturally designed homes but also work with commercial properties, renovations, schools, shops, apartments and more. We are very flexible and can accommodate your needs.
